Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

Welcome to the website of Helios West Palm Beach Mental Health & Depression Treatment (“Helios West Palm,” “Helios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any forms, information, resources, or other services made available through it.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Website for Informational Purposes

The information provided on this website is intended for general educational and informational purposes regarding mental health, behavioral health conditions, treatment options, and services offered by Helios West Palm.

Website content is not intended to constitute medical advice, psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or a recommendation for treatment and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Treatment recommendations and admission decisions are made only after an appropriate clinical evaluation.

2. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Use of this website, submission of a contact form, insurance verification request, telephone call, email, text message, or other communication with Helios does not, by itself, establish a provider-patient relationship.

A treatment relationship is established only after appropriate admissions procedures, clinical evaluation, consent, and acceptance into treatment have occurred.

3. Emergency and Crisis Situations

This website is not an emergency or crisis service and should not be used to obtain emergency medical or psychiatric assistance.

If you or another person is experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a suicidal, mental health, or substance-use crisis, you may also call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Treatment and Admissions Information

Information concerning programs, therapies, conditions treated, levels of care, amenities, clinicians, availability, and other services is provided for general informational purposes and may change.

Admission to Helios is not guaranteed. Eligibility and appropriate level of care are determined based upon individual circumstances, clinical considerations, program criteria, availability, and other applicable factors.

Helios West Palm focuses primarily on mental health treatment. The program is not represented as a detoxification facility or primary substance-use treatment program.

5. Insurance Verification

Helios may provide insurance-benefit verification as a convenience to prospective patients and families.

Verification of benefits does not constitute a guarantee of coverage or payment by an insurance company. Benefits quoted by an insurer may be subject to deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, medical-necessity determinations, authorization requirements, exclusions, limitations, or subsequent changes.

Final responsibility for coverage and payment is determined according to the applicable insurance policy and the insurer.

Submitting an insurance-verification request does not obligate you to enter treatment at Helios.

6. Information You Submit

When submitting information through this website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide.

Information submitted may include your name, telephone number, email address, insurance information, and information relating to your inquiry or potential treatment needs.

Because information submitted in connection with behavioral healthcare may be sensitive, Helios takes confidentiality seriously. Helios states that personal health information maintained during its admissions process is handled in accordance with HIPAA.

Use and protection of information submitted through the website may also be governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices.

7. Communications

If you voluntarily provide your telephone number, email address, or other contact information and request that Helios contact you, you authorize Helios to respond to your inquiry using the contact information you provided.

Providing contact information does not require you to enter treatment or purchase services.

Where separate consent is required for automated calls, automated text messages, marketing communications, or similar communications, such consent will be obtained separately as required by applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Website Information

Helios makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information. However, behavioral-health information, insurance information, treatment offerings, staff information, availability, and other website content may change.

We do not warrant that every piece of information on the website will always be complete, current, or error-free.

9. Third-Party Websites

This website may contain links to websites, services, or resources operated by third parties.

Helios does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, or services. A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Helios.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website—including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, videos, design elements, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Helios and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access website materials for personal, noncommercial informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website materials without prior written authorization.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, submit fraudulent or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to systems or information, introduce malicious software, scrape or reproduce website content for unauthorized commercial purposes, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Helios does not make warranties regarding uninterrupted website availability, the absence of technical errors, or the suitability of website information for any particular individual’s medical or behavioral-health circumstances.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helios and its owners, employees, clinicians, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

14. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to Helios. Please review our Privacy Policy and applicable Notice of Privacy Practices for additional information concerning the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of personal and health-related information.

These Terms & Conditions are not intended to replace any HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices or other legally required patient privacy notice.

15. Changes to These Terms

Helios may modify these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or applicable law.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
